Let’s work together
Hello, I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m Noriko, a certified Japanese teacher and Neurolanguage Coach®.
After years of teaching Japanese, I discovered an approach that truly helps my students overcome challenges and make real progress in their language journey: Neurolanguage Coaching®.
Coaching is about improving performance and achieving personal goals. As a Neurolanguage Coach®, I act as a facilitator, focusing on helping you learn rather than simply teaching. This approach blends language learning, coaching techniques, and neuroscience to create a personalized, brain-friendly learning experience.
What makes Neurolanguage Coaching® unique?
Brain-friendly communication: Reducing stress to create an optimal state for learning.
Personalized learning: Tailoring goals and plans to suit your unique style and brain function.
Coaching elements: Supporting your progress with methods grounded in coaching ethics and guidelines.
Unlike traditional teaching, Neurolanguage Coaching® empowers clients to set their own learning goals and visions. My role is to create a relaxed environment, support your journey, and help you overcome emotional blocks or dips in motivation.
If you're ready to explore this transformative approach, please fill out the form below. I’ll send you a booking link for a free consultation session to get started!
I will make sure to respond to your message. If you don’t see my reply, please check your spam inbox as well.
*My free consultation session and coaching sessions will be conducted in English or Japanese, depending on your Japanese proficiency level.
**Please note that I am based in the UK, and my afternoon and evening slots are nearly fully booked. However, my morning slots are still available.
FAQs
Apologies!
My January and February slots are filling up quickly, and my late afternoon and evening slots are almost fully booked. However, I still have availability in the mornings.
Q1: How is Neurolanguage Coaching® different?
Neurolanguage Coaching® differs from traditional teacher-led lessons by supporting students in taking control of their own learning process. It incorporates brain science to offer brain-friendly learning methods. By setting clear goals and maintaining motivation, and helping to remove learning blocks, students can progress more efficiently.
Q2: How will it differ from my current teaching lessons?
In the past, I would choose materials and guide the lesson, but with Neurolanguage Coaching®, the student sets their own goals and we create your learning plan together. My role is to support your learning process and keep you motivated. We won’t be using textbooks, and the relationship shifts from teacher-student to coach-client.
Q3: What accounts for the higher prices compared to the lessons?
Because this is a coaching service. Neurolanguage Coaching® offers tailored goal setting and personalized learning plans, making it a more cost-effective approach. With clearer learning direction, clients can achieve their goals faster, making the overall process more efficient.
Q4: Should I purchase a package?
Absolutely! Those who purchase packages receive priority when it comes to scheduling, along with discounted rates. If you're considering long-term learning or wish to have regular sessions to ensure you meet your goals, I highly recommend this option. Additionally, I provide daily support for package holders.
Q5: What does the coaching package include?
The package is tailored to meet each client's specific demands and goals, but it generally includes the following:
Zoom coaching sessions (the number of sessions varies based on your needs, though I typically recommend a minimum of two months).
A personalized Action Plan.
Ongoing motivation and goal reflection questions.
Voice and text chat support.
Assistance via the LanguageClass app (or a similar platform) for continuous assessment, feedback, and support.
Detailed notes from each Zoom session.
Corrections for essays and pronunciation.
Daily and weekly assignments, if mutually agreed upon.
Complimentary access to the Japanese Together community throughout the coaching period.
Q6: What will we talk about in the free session?
We will review your learning experiences, examining both your accomplishments and any areas where you fell short. Together, we will establish clear goals for 2025. Additionally, we will perform a motivation diagnosis to identify any outstanding objectives and create new ones for the upcoming year. This session will last approximately 45 to 55 minutes on Zoom.
Q7: What will the process to start the coaching session?
Complete the form provided above and you will receive a booking link for your free Zoom consultation session.
Following the free session, Noriko will send you an email detailing the package options and their prices. You can review the plans and proceed with the payment. The offer will be valid for 14 days.
Along with this, you will receive a 'Coaching Agreement' that you need to fill out, sign, and return to me.
Then, your coaching sessions will start!
Q8: I’m not interested in coaching sessions. Can I continue with my current lessons?
Yes, if you are currently taking my “lessons,” please feel free to continue. However, if you are new, I am no longer accepting new students for traditional teaching sessions. Instead, I encourage you to consider my coaching sessions.
Q9: Is the new coaching session suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Neurolanguage Coaching® is suitable for learners of all levels. It provides a personalized learning plan tailored to each client style and goals, so beginners can also feel confident.
Q10: What payment methods are available?
I accept payments through PayPal and Stripe, and installment payment options are also available.
Q11: Can I cancel or change my package after purchasing?
Cancellations and changes are possible under certain conditions. Please contact me first for more details. There is also a time limit for using the package, so please ensure sessions are completed within the specified period.
Q12: How will the relationship between coach and client differ from the teacher-student relationship?
In Neurolanguage Coaching®, we move away from the traditional "teacher-student" dynamic and adopt a more equal "coach-client" relationship. The student takes ownership of the learning process and manages their progress toward goals. I support them throughout, providing advice and guidance as a coach.
